We are constantly listening to the authorities’ advice and recommendations. You t should be able to feel safe and well cared for when you visit.
We have taken measures to minimize the risks of spreading the virus and everything to ensure a safe stay with us. We have reviewed our cleaning routines, increased the availability of soap and hand spirit, and reviewed our procedures in the event of illness.
Detached Cottages
For you who live in a cottage, this means that you have your very own living space. We clean all cabins properly between each guest, we have introduced extra cleaning routines and thoroughly disinfected all surfaces. As far as possible, we try to leave the cabins empty between the bookings.
Campsite ***
You who live in your own camper or caravan control your own environment. Our campsite has great sites in the middle of nature and at the seaside, with well-traveled distance to other guests.
Service buildings
Our 3 service buildings are cleaned several times daily and we also disinfect specific surfaces such as handles, flush buttons, etc. We all urge you to wash your hands frequently. There is hand soap in all our service buildings.
Reception
Our reception is cleaned several times daily and we also disinfect specific areas such as handles, reception desk, and terminal. We show consideration and receive only one guest in the reception indoors. Maximum 4 persons in our Lobby/lounge at the same time. The rules, set by the authorities, can change on a short notice about how many people can be inside our lobby, persons per table, etc.
Country Cafe
We have opened our outdoor dining area with extra space between the tables. Maximum 4 persons per table. There is also “Take-Away” food, such as the chef’s various barbecue packages, snack baskets, and lunch packages.
Activities
Our activities take place outdoors, such as angling, canoeing, cycling, and hiking. Being out in nature with fresh air is good for everyone. We review our activities to follow the corona / covid-19 guidelines and recommendations. All equipment is thoroughly cleaned.
Staff – Team Getnö
We are extremely careful with our hand hygiene. The staff stays at home in case of a cold with sore throat, fever or cough, even with more mild symptoms. We keep the recommended distance from colleagues and guests.
Cancellation
In addition, regular cancellation rules apply. Should new recommendations come from Swedish authorities that affect, we will inform you about it. If you have become ill or have flu-like symptoms? – you will, as usual, make a cancellation. Take care of yourself.
Camping: We have adjusted our booking rules during the corona pandemic.
We have lowered the booking fee to 30 SEK and we offer free cancellations. Please let us know by the latest 24 hours before arrival. This is valid if you have made the booking over our homepage or by email to us.
